What You Will Experience at Brasília Yoga Festival

The retreat moves through a structured mix of yoga practices, meditation, lectures, and experiential sessions from Thursday through Sunday. The published program includes Yoganidrá, ásana, pránáyáma, Japa Mantra, Bhakti Yoga, discussions on yoga and social transformation, sunset meditation, temple walking meditation, and mantra sessions with bhajanas and kirtanas. Evening programming includes meditation, discussion circles, and Mantraoke.

Time outdoors is part of the format. Scheduled activities include Cerrado trails, bathing at seven waterfalls, and visits to a temple with panoramic views. The package also includes three nights in rustic accommodation and nine vegetarian meals, with vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. A Friday afternoon feirinha adds time to browse yoga-related goods alongside the retreat schedule. The published program may change.

The pace is residential rather than drop-in, with early check-in available on Thursday, daily morning or daytime practices, shared meals, and planned activities continuing through Sunday’s closing ceremony and final waterfall outing. Participants will need to balance scheduled sessions with the venue’s outdoor terrain and simple accommodation format.
