Shipping policy

All physical-product orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email, subject to available stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

United States Shipping

Asivana ships physical products only to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional shipping discounts or special offers may apply when available.

Digital Products

Digital products and online courses are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your package is more than 5 days past the carrier’s estimated delivery date, or if the tracking information appears stalled or inconsistent, contact us at support@asivana.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
