Our Commitment to You
Independent. Teacher-founded. Accountable.
Asivana Yoga is a yoga shop founded by a yoga teacher. We sell mats, props, and practice essentials with a focus on practical information, considered product choices, and the people who use them. We believe a retailer's responsibility continues after checkout.
A Yoga Teacher's Perspective
Asivana was founded in 2022 by Jack Utermoehl, a yoga teacher who knows how much a dependable mat or prop can matter in daily practice and in the studio. We explain dimensions, materials, care, and intended uses so you can choose gear that fits your practice, rather than relying on vague promises.
We Stand Behind Your Order
When you purchase through Asivana, Asivana is your point of contact for questions about your order. Some products are shipped directly by fulfillment partners. You can still reach out to Asivana if you need help with a delivery, product question, or return, and we'll stay involved in coordinating the next steps.
We aim to communicate clearly, follow up when something needs attention, and take customer concerns seriously, even when another business fulfills the order.
Thoughtful Products, Clear Information
We offer both Asivana-designed essentials and products from selected outside brands. We consider usefulness in practice, material choices, durability, and product information. Not every product is made by Asivana or personally tested by our founder, and we don't want to imply otherwise.
Understand Your Options
Before purchasing, review our shipping policy and return policy. If you have a question about eligibility, costs, or the right product for your practice, contact us and we'll help clarify the details.
Why It Matters
Yoga teaches us to consider how our actions affect others. For Asivana, seva means service that reaches beyond the practice space. It shapes how we teach, how we select products, and how we respond when a customer needs assistance.
Our standard is simple: useful yoga gear, clear communication, and responsibility for the shopping experience we provide.
