What You Will Experience at Evolve Festival

The festival will offer a broad movement and wellness program, with more than 45 yoga and related classes spanning beginner yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, aerial yoga, handstand practice, meditation, breathwork, and Qi Gong. Attendees may also choose sound journeys, community circles, conscious relating, holistic health sessions, ceremonies, talks, and workshops in the Discover area. The Healing Sanctuary will add optional paid massages, Reiki, Shiatsu, somatic bodywork, energy work, aroma therapy, EFT tapping, coaching, and related treatments.

Beyond scheduled practices, the four-day program will combine more than 20 concerts and ecstatic dances with mantras, kirtans, singing circles, handpan workshops, contact improvisation, capoeira, Sufi whirling, arts, storytelling, poetry, and fire and aerial acts. Families will have a dedicated camp with 20 children’s workshops, including family yoga, creative movement, arts and crafts, family disco, and short films.

Plan Your Visit

Schedule: Check-in opens Thursday at 10:00 and closes at 22:00 each night. Sweat Lodge time slots are listed for Thursday 21:00–01:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00, and Sunday 09:00–13:00, with capacity limited to 25 people per ceremony.

Venue and Setting: Helenesee is a natural lakeside site near Frankfurt (Oder), with forest, sandy terrain, camping areas, a family camping area, festival grounds near the lake, indoor showers and toilets, water refill stations, a relaxation spa, and sauna access. Swimming on the festival grounds is unavailable because of a beach closure following a landslide. A public swimming area is approximately a 15-minute walk or five-minute bike ride away.

Travel and Parking: Frankfurt (Oder) is approximately one hour from Berlin by train, followed by a local train or shuttle to Helenesee taking about 20 minutes. The drive from Berlin takes approximately 1.5 hours. Paid shuttle buses from Berlin Ostbahnhof and Frankfurt (Oder) are planned from Thursday through Sunday, with tickets expected to be bookable online at the beginning of July. Car parking costs €20, payable in cash on arrival, and is about 150 meters from the camping area. Cars are not permitted in the camping area.

Lodging: Standard tent camping is included with the festival ticket from Thursday through Sunday, and attendees must bring their own tent and equipment. Paid upgrades include two-person glamping tents at €550, two-person bungalows at €695, and four-person bungalows at €999. Glamping tents include beds, bedding, electricity, and other furnishings. Bungalows include kitchen and bathroom facilities. Caravan or camper accommodation requires a separate €49 pass, with limited spaces and no power hookups.

Meals and Food: Food trucks will offer vegan, gluten-free, and world cuisine, with nourishing meals available throughout the day. Camping stoves, open fires, and charcoal grills are not permitted. Attendees may bring reusable dishes or rent a dish set on site for €9. Alcohol, drugs, and plant medicine are not allowed.

Accessibility: At least one accessible toilet is available near the main areas. Forest and sandy terrain may limit accessibility, so attendees with mobility concerns are asked to contact the organizers in advance. Reduced-ticket support is available for an assistant or caregiver.

Age, Family, and Pet Policies: The festival is family-friendly and includes a quieter family camping area and a Kids & Family Camp with 20 children’s workshops. Children ages 0–5 enter free but still require a ticket; reduced prices apply to ages 6–13 and 14–17. The festival is described as LGBTQ+ inclusive. Trained, friendly dogs are welcome under stated behavior expectations.
