Experience Flow Fest

Flow Fest 2026 brings yoga, wellness, workshops, vendors, and live music together for a two-day outdoor experience at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. Across Whitewater’s 1,300-acre campus, the festival opens into a large-scale practice environment with 100+ classes for people who want to deepen their yoga, explore new experiences, and spend time in nature.

This is a festival built for movement and connection. You can move between yoga sessions, wellness experiences, creative workshops, vendor offerings, food and beverage spaces, and live music throughout the weekend while enjoying one of the most distinctive outdoor recreation venues in the region.

Why Attend Flow Fest 2026?

Flow Fest stands out because it combines a broad yoga and wellness schedule with an outdoor campus that already invites exploration, activity, and community. The setting gives the event a different feel than a typical studio-based festival. It creates space for curious first-timers, experienced practitioners, families, and wellness-minded attendees to engage in a way that feels open, active, and social.

Another major draw is accessibility. The festival itself is free to attend with online registration, which makes it easier to take part in the larger event while choosing whether to add specialty workshops or elevated experiences. That combination of scale, outdoor setting, and low barrier to entry gives Flow Fest a wide appeal.
