What You Will Experience at Ghosh Yoga Festival

The festival offered a daily program of yoga classes and related experiences led by Scott Lamps, Ida Jo, and guest Ghosh Yoga teachers. The broader teaching community represented practices including breathing and pranayama, meditation, functional movement, and therapeutic yoga, although individual session offerings varied by teacher and schedule.

Alongside physical practice, the program included panels, discussions, and debates connected to yoga practice and community. Held across Gaze Hot Yoga and surrounding areas in central Tampa, the festival provided a format that combined scheduled classes with opportunities to engage with the Ghosh Yoga tradition and its community. It was also presented as a celebration of ten years of Practice Week, which followed as a separate event from March 16–20, 2026.
