We are cultivating a festival for students of all levels to come together and share their love of yoga. Yoga can look different for many people based on their belief systems and practices but the one thing that brings us together is community.
We can all be from the same family and live in different houses. We are excited to bring wellness practitioners, yoga studios, fitness studios, local food, music, and artisan vendors together in one venue to share their ideas and insights with one another.
Why Attend the Midwest Yoga + Wellness Festival?
Our yoga festival will offer a variety of vendors that are different but at the same time are all chasing wellness. I am happy to bring together yoga studios from all over the Saint Louis area to collaborate not compete! Attendees will see that every studio can look and feel different and that’s ok.
There is a place for everyone in yoga, you just need to find where you feel safe and yourself. We all deserve to live in out authenticity unapologetically. This festival will be filled with education from speakers, a breathwork session, a fun plank challenge, and of course a sunset yoga class!
