Dates: May 3–5, 2024

Surf Yoga Festival 2024 was a three-day coastal gathering in Corpus Christi that combined yoga and movement workshops with surfing, SUP, sound healing, live music, art, markets, and a surf contest. Its program offered longer workshop-style sessions, water-based activities, evening performances, VIP options, and multiple ways to participate.

What You Will Experience at Surf Yoga Festival

The festival moved between yoga and movement sessions, sound-based practices, surf and SUP activities, workshops, and beach programming. The published offerings included SUP Yoga, Yoga 4 Surfers, Acro Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, meditation, ecstatic dance, aerial yoga and dance, chakra and stones work, massage, and workshops on yoga theory, detoxification, the mind, and everyday practice. Surf lessons, a SUP adventure, and a surf contest added water-based activities to the schedule.

Music and social programming shaped the evenings and weekend flow. Friday included a meet-and-greet, an aerial dance showcase, live music, and a Packery Channel Bar lineup. Saturday and Sunday included markets, beach activities, additional music, a VIP Lounge, BBQ areas, and a surf-contest ceremony.

Is Surf Yoga Festival a Good Fit?

The festival suited people interested in combining yoga with surfing, SUP, movement, sound healing, music, art, and wellness workshops. Its program had options for attendees seeking individual sessions, longer workshop-style classes, water activities, live performances, or a three-day VIP experience. Surf-contest participants and people interested in beach and surf culture also had dedicated programming. The schedule included limited-capacity SUP Yoga and at least one full surf-lesson session, so advance planning mattered for popular activities.
