A Practical & Informative Course for Meditation Practitioners
This course is a guide to the ancient practice of hand mudras used in meditation that help to awaken awareness, direct prana, and support your inner stillness.
Through foundational and elemental mudras, you’ll learn how to apply these tools in your own meditation or yoga practice with intention and confidence. Each mudra is introduced with video guidance, text instruction, and suggestions for when and why to use it.
You’ll also explore some deeper context: how mudras relate to the five elements, subtle anatomy, and the meditative state itself.
This course is self-paced and experiential. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace, notice what each gesture evokes in you, and return as often as you'd like with lifetime access.
Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to refine your energetic awareness, this course offers structure, knowledge, and practice for beginners to become comfortable with mudras.
