A steady, golden tone for confidence and inner strength.

For practitioners who want a responsive E-note bowl for solar plexus work in meditation, yoga, and sound healing.

The Solar Plexus Singing Bowl in E is a handcrafted Himalayan bowl tuned to support Manipura, the center of personal power, confidence, and self-worth. It is chosen for practitioners, teachers, and healers who want a bowl that feels reliable in session and grounded in traditional craft.

With a diameter of approximately 20 to 23 cm, the bowl sits comfortably on the palm, lap, or mat. The tone rises quickly, then settles into a warm sustain that bridges breath, movement, and stillness. It carries enough presence to be felt clearly through the upper abdomen without overpowering the room, which makes it well suited for both personal practice and small group work.

Each bowl is formed from a traditional seven-metal blend of copper, tin, lead, zinc, iron, gold, and silver, with copper and tin making up about ninety eight percent of the alloy. Through a hand-hammering process repeated hundreds of thousands of times and a firing cycle completed three times, the metal is shaped for clarity and stability of tone. Only a small percentage of bowls reach the level of vibration our partners in Nepal accept for healing work, and each piece is hand selected for its resonance and quality.

Tuned to the E note associated with the solar plexus chakra, this bowl supports practices that focus on confidence, clear boundaries, and purposeful action. It integrates easily into meditation, yoga, and energy work sessions, and includes a mallet, a rotating striker, and a cushion for display and playing. The bowl is available in a traditional matte style or with detailed laser carving, and an optional chakra mandala variation, produced by a single artist, adds approximately ten to fourteen days to production time.

The sound arrives clean and builds gradually, which makes it easy to work with power without overwhelming the space.
