Build a more consistent foundation for handstands and inversion practice.
The Root to Rise Handstand Board is a lightweight bamboo board designed to provide a stable practice surface at home, in the studio, or outdoors.
Made from responsibly harvested Moso bamboo, the board offers a smooth surface with natural grip for your hands. At approximately 5 lbs, it is easy to carry so you can practice in different spaces while using the same familiar platform.
The three-layer bamboo construction is designed for strength, and the UV-protected finish helps support long-term use with proper care. Indoors, it only needs an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. After outdoor use, simply clean away dirt or debris and dry with a soft cloth.

Who is Asivana Yoga
After years of teaching yoga and learning from its roots in India, I longed for mats and props as authentic as the practice itself. Asivana is how I share that with you by offering high-quality props and accessories that make it easier to stay committed, inspired, and aligned with your path.
