Handwoven from cotton and jute with a natural rubber backing, it offers a textured practice surface that is lightweight enough to fold for travel.

This mat is made using traditional Ayurvastra textile methods and herbal dyes including neem, tulsi, turmeric, and indigo. The woven texture provides natural grip without printed alignment markings.

At approximately 4.5 mm thick, it balances cushioning with portability. It is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle and handmade in India.

Meet Yogi Gabriel
