YogaSix Folsom Has Opened at Palladio; ‘Largest Worldwide’ Claim Still Unverified

Updated August 21, 2026: Updated August 21, 2026: The story now reports YogaSix Folsom as open rather than merely scheduled to open. YogaSix’s official studio page changed from “Coming Soon” to an active page with a schedule, memberships and class packages, and the Sacramento Business Journal reported the Palladio studio had opened on August 20. The “largest worldwide” claim remains unverified.

Current assessment: YogaSix Folsom is now operating at Palladio in Folsom, California. YogaSix’s official location page has changed from the pre-opening “Coming Soon” status reviewed on August 13 to an active studio page with a Folsom class schedule, membership options and class packages. The Sacramento Business Journal also reported on August 20 that the franchise had opened at Palladio.

This is a material change from the earlier report, which could establish only that YogaSix planned to open at the site. The available record now supports describing the studio as open. It does not, however, establish the reported claim that it is YogaSix’s largest studio worldwide.

What changed

YogaSix’s official Folsom page now identifies the studio at 230 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1221, provides its phone number and email address, and directs visitors to view a schedule and inquire about memberships and class packages. Those features are consistent with an active operating location and replace the prior language inviting prospective members to sign up while the studio was being completed.

The Sacramento Business Journal’s August 20 item, titled “5 things: Fitness franchise YogaSix opens in Folsom’s Palladio,” independently describes the location as having opened. The accessible article preview does not provide an exact opening-day date or further operational details, but it corroborates the status change reported on the official studio page.

Opening date and prior reporting

Folsom Times reported on August 12 that YogaSix Folsom would open on Monday, August 17, followed by a Free Flow Week running from August 17 through August 23. Its report identified Michelle Watts as owner of YogaSix Folsom and YogaSix El Dorado Hills, and described launch programming including special classes during the first weekend.

The current evidence is consistent with the August 17 opening schedule being carried out. Still, neither the updated YogaSix page nor the accessible Sacramento Business Journal preview states the precise date or time that regular operations began. August 17 should therefore be described as the locally reported opening date, rather than as an independently documented opening timestamp.

What remains unresolved

Folsom Times characterized the Folsom site as the largest YogaSix studio worldwide. YogaSix’s active location page does not provide square footage, capacity, room count or a systemwide comparison, and no official YogaSix announcement reviewed for this update confirms that ranking or identifies the measurement behind it. The studio’s opening is now supported; the “largest worldwide” description remains an attributed claim, not an established fact.

Current conclusion: YogaSix Folsom has progressed from a planned opening to an active Palladio studio with classes and memberships publicly available. The evidence supports treating the opening portion of the story as resolved, while retaining the qualification that the studio’s claimed worldwide size distinction has not been independently substantiated.
