Why We Created the Yoga Pose Game
As avid yoga practitioners, we understand the desire to explore new sequences and challenge ourselves in different ways. One morning, I woke up with the inspiration to create a tool that would allow yogis to experience a random yoga practice. I wanted a simple and enjoyable way to dive into a basic yoga class, experiment with unexpected transitions, and spark creativity for future flows.
The Yoga Pose Game was born out of this passion. It's a fantastic way to brainstorm new sequences, discover unfamiliar poses, and keep your practice fresh and invigorating.
How to Use the Yoga Pose Game
Our yoga game is easy to use:

Start the Game: Follow along as the game guides you through randomly selected poses.
Download Your Sequence: Loved a transition? After your session, download the sequence to revisit your favorite poses.
Brief Explanations for Sequence Types
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). It focuses on aligning the body and calming the mind, making it suitable for practitioners of all levels. The sequences include a balanced mix of warm-up poses, standing poses, peak poses, floor poses, and cooldown poses to provide a traditional hatha yoga practice.
Deep Stretch Yoga
