How to Chant Shiva Mantra

Asana (Physical Posture) Practice: As you move through your asanas, silently repeat the mantra to maintain focus and infuse your practice with a sense of sacredness. I like to end my asana practice with this chant.

Pranayama (Breath Control): Synchronize your breath with the mantra to deepen your concentration and enhance the flow of prana (life force energy).

Mantra Meditation: Adopt Shiva mantras as your primary mantra for mantra meditation practices.
