Ākāśa Mudra (Ah-kaa-sha) - Gesture of Space
Akasha Mudra is particularly beneficial for those seeking to enhance their spiritual and communicative aspects, making it a valuable tool in yoga practice for inner and outer space exploration.

Personal Insights
A light-hearted hand gesture, Akasha mudra is one to help us create space within ourselves. But what exactly is space?
To me, space is synonymous with capacity. Our capacity for anything is determined by how much space we have to contain the thing. We can handle so much stress, we can practice hot yoga for so many hours, we can be traveling for so many days. The higher our capacity, the more we can do.
So when I'm creating more space within myself, I'm creating the capacity to be a better version of myself, creating the space I need to be my authentic self.
