Buti Yoga

Jack Utermoehl

Buti yoga, a dynamic blend of traditional yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics, is known for its energetic and empowering practice. This yoga style is distinct for its incorporation of dynamic movement, rhythmic beats, and deep core engagement.

Buti yoga stands out for its vigorous pace and the integration of primal dance. It's not just a workout; it's a chance to create, release, and tap into something deeply empowering.

Origins of Buti Yoga

Buti yoga was created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold in 2012. It emerged as a fusion of traditional yoga and tribal dance, paired with plyometric exercises.
