Where does Asivana ship to?
We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
Can I return or exchange my Asivana products?
Yes, we want you to have a great practice with our products. If we are not meeting those standards, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the items ship date for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details
For in-person purchases please contact the store you purchased from.
My product(s) were damaged during shipment. What do I do?
We are sorry if your product was damaged. In the unlikely event this happens to you, please contact the shipper for resolution. We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping however if you cannot resolve the issue with the shipper contact Asivana customer support at support@asivana.com to resolve the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are shipped promptly within 24 hours. If you intend to cancel your order, you must do so prior to shipment. Once the mat is shipped, we cannot do anything until you receive it at which point, we can process a cancellation or change to your order. You will be responsible for shipping and processing costs. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change your order.

Does Asivana offer wholesale or bulk order discounts?
Yes, we offer wholesale discounts for yoga studios, gyms, fitness and health clubs, recreation centers, and other facilities that need yoga equipment in quantity. Please contact us for more information.
How do I become an Asivana ambassador?
We sponsor many teachers and social media influencers as ambassadors of the Asivana community. If you are interested in becoming part of the Asivana kula, please contact us for more information.
Does Asivana offer yoga teachers a discount?
Yes! Yoga teachers can receive a 10% discount to our online store. We must have proof of teaching. Please contact us at support@asivana.com for more information.
