Personal Insights

One of my personal favorites. Surya mudra is a powerful mudra of fire and heat. With it, we can generate energy within us and act on it.

Surya means 'sun' and it acts just as the sun does, as a generator of power through fire. When we want to transmute some quality within us, a bad habit, or a negative thought pattern, Surya burns that transforming it into something new.

But what will it be? That's up to you to understand. Through Surya mudra, I've come to understand why I act the way I do and what actions and reactions are in control. Through that understanding, I have the power to shift into a better version of myself.
